Dr. Albert Ellis taught me that we have control over only two things; what we think and what we do. He went on to explain that what we think creates our feelings and what we do creates our reality. What else do we need? I agree with you Marcomé, happiness is a personal responsibility.
I can not say it any better. A person has to feel good about themselves before they can truly feel good about others. just as you can’t help someone if you don’t take care of yourself first.
