It's so amazing how your voice is able to morph into so many different spiritual "places." I really don't know what words to use to describe it, but it's just beautiful in this song how your voice really takes me (or any listener) to this wonderful place and culture. So beautiful.

I'd really love to get my hands on this album!

Tks for sharing Ley Marie. I exactly feel the same about having friends all over the world in the comfort of my house! Internet brings much more than we had thought, it's gradually changing human interactions. I wish you a soothing day and a creative weekend with your loved ones! Marcomé xx

I totally agree with everything you have written! My life is infused with "Twitter Magic" I have just been tweeting for three months and I consider it one of the best thing ever discovered/made :) I have met (and even became friends to some) the best people around the globe through twitter. I form new friendships at the comfort of my own living room without leaving my kids... for a work-at-home mommy like me, that really means a lot! I am certainly looking forward to nurturing more and lasting friendship with my twit-friends :):):)

p.s. It's nice to know and connect with people like you who can relate with my "love" for twitter :)

Tks very much Kathleen for your inspiring comment. You're so right! What do I want to create now is the question for every moment. I'd like to suggest the School of Gods, a book I just read in which I like the approach about humans being creators and needing to not only acknowledge but practice to become more aware of what we want to put out to the world! You're inspiring sweet Lady! MercixxxMarcomé

Dear Marcome,
Thank you for sharing this video; I so appreciate Eckhart's ability to get to the heart of the matter! When I was in my 20's, I was taught to Witness my thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and to begin to break
identification with the character I am playing in this lifetime--to begin to remember my true nature. All these years later, it's still a discipline I am constantly refining so that I can chose my "response" rather than react in the grip of an unconscious pattern. What I gradually began to notice is that if I think, do or say something which is reactive, my body and feeling state immediately reflect that back to me. One of the best experiences I had was being annoyed with a close friend some years ago. I spoke a bit sharply to her, and immediately my body registered pain and I needed to apologize and clear what had come up with her. This was such a wonderful confirmation that we are One, and that what we do to another affects us; I have never forgotten it. I don't always have such dramatic examples, but do notice that my body and feelings are always giving me feedback about my inner state. When I am consciously observing (rather than lost in intellectual replay of the past or future) I am at the point of choice, and I love seeing how the world around me reflects my conscious choices. I wrote down one of Eckhart's questions to further remind me, "What am I generating in this moment?" There are so many of us meeting now on twitter, facebook etc., I continue to hold the vision of an evolved humanity happening right now!
Much Love,
Kathleen

I began a new journey with my diet after my baby was born last year - I developed an infection during labor and was given TONS of antibiotics, 8 different ones in 5 or so days. Then, I developed Candida. I did research and went to a health food store and got help and advice about diet and herbs I could take. It made a huge difference and my problem is pretty much gone.

Eating raw and fresh foods (obviously not meat!) makes a huge difference in how you feel and function. Now if only I could find inspiration to exercise daily - not just the exercise from being a Mom, but be able to make time for myself to REALLY exercise. I used to run - I need inspiration to work back up to doing that now that Jesse is here... =)
