Nature is amongst the best way for me to connect with my heart! I need that natural medicine to keep me grounded to the magnificence and abundance of life. Nature in all it’s forms is healing and great. Sitting in a quiet, windy area is always relaxing. :).
It is said that nature cures all diseases. when a person who is mentally hurt badly is left in a place surrounded by plants and flowers, there is 100% of person getting back to normal.. Plants have such power./ We also hear of medical plants and shurbs, these can be used to cure many diseases. thanks for the post
Being surrounded by nature has a calming effect on my mind, body and spirit. It brings forth in me a deep sense of restorative healing. Natures gentle kiss, soothes my mind and calms my senses and promotes a feeling of deep peace within. I also love being outdoors in the natural sunlight because it quenches my spirit, restores my sense of well-being and provides me with a feeling of renewed energy. When I’m outdoors I feel as if I’m connecting mentally and physically to our natural world, which gives me a feeling of “oneness” with all of life. Being surrounded by nature is God’s way of hugging me.

There is a true connection to nature with most of us. i know for me it’s the glory of the mountains. We just returned from the Smoky Mountains & I am always renewed at just being in such a beautiful place. The quiet of the mountains reconnects me to my soul & all the beauty & love I have in my life.
