Have you checked out 8tracks.com? You could also publish your mixes on 8tracks.com for people to listen to free (it's legal since they are paying webcaster royalties). It is really easy to create mixes there (they have a big library and you can upload your own copies of tracks if you don't find what you are looking for). In fact, I just created a draft of your mix - I'd be happy to publish it if you'd like to check it out. So far, I found one mix that includes "World of Singing" http://8tracks.com/byoozt/looking-to-new-jerusalem I look forward to your feedback if you have a chance to check it out.
