The main thing here is to keep music alive by encouraging the artists you love, especially independent artist like myself and Loreena McKennitt. We are in the driver’s seat, we create and we do the production of our albums. Therefore, no income, no more music. We need money like any worker! Tks! Marcomé ❥

Marcome,

Been out of touch for a while, but I am finally able to do some chatting here and there online.

We’ve been working oh so hard on getting things together for the Soulfood Music release of “Guitar Meditations Vol. 3″…and it hits the street today, nationwide and online! I have a couple of tracks on there, in amongst the 12, but I was again, hoping to get your take on, maybe one or both of them.

When you have a sec, head over to http://www.rickyfitzpatrick.com/instrumental_music.html and see the first two songs there…”Whirlwind” and “Stillness”. Those are the two on GM3. I hope you enjoy them.

And I will return the favor and spend some time listening to you again…for the forst time in several months, I hate to admit. But I’m looking forward to it. :)

Marcome, I just wanted to say that I’m really enjoying your blog. And your music is beautiful. I’m fairly new to the New Age scene…I’m a musician. So after many years in Folk & Country, I’m beginning to explore some new genres. New Age is one of them. As a guitarist, the Windham Hill artists have always impressed me. So that’s the direction I’m headed.

I tell you, I would love your feedback on what I’m doing. I have a couple of tracks posted on my Myspace page at http://www.myspace.com/rickyfitzpatrickmusic. There are other things too, but the first two are some of my newest. I’d be very grateful if you could give them a listen and tell me what you think.
