I don’t know about you but I can talk for myself and say that I’ve been quite conditioned to think in terms of limits. At a young age, I heard adults saying ‘you can’t do this’ ‘this is too hard..dangerous..impossible and so on… The older I get, the more I wonder if humanity isn’t strangely sick, conditioned to partially succeed. Why wouldn’t I allow myself to free up from those thoughts? those limiting beliefs? Observe yourself, become aware of those mental habits that do not evolve you.
